Meeting Attendance
  • Meetings are held weekly on Tuesdays at 12:00 noon at the Victoria Country Club, 14 Spring Creek Drive
  • Rotary expects members to attend weekly meetings.  (Make-ups are easy to do and will be explained at new member orientation.)
 
Next Steps
  • Please complete the Proposed Membership Application or the Rotarian Transferring Application on this site and submit it to the Club Secretary at CountisA@tamuv.edu.
  • From this point onward, your sponsor will serve as your primary point of contact.
  • The Membership Committee and Board will review and approve all Membership Applications prior to distribution to the general membership for final approval.
  • Upon acceptance, the induction ceremony will be scheduled at a mutually convenient time. The induction ceremony for a new member represents an important occasion both for our club and for the individual being welcomed.
  • The new member will then receive an invoice for a one-time initiation fee and prorated dues covering the remainder of the quarter.
  • We encourage you to participate actively in club activities and enjoy the fellowship of Rotary.
  • Pick up your badge at the door before weekly meetings.
  • You are always welcome to attend our board meetings, held each month at a location to be announced.
